Luke's Tooth Saga continues. . .

So today was the day for Luke's two front teeth to
be pulled and he was also scheduled for an impression
for his two new front teeth. After the way Luke
responded to the dentist on his first visit, they planned
to just use the Nitrous Oxide because he was so calm.

When we got to the dentist's office and they hooked him
up and started to clean his teeth before getting to the
dirty work. He was doing pretty well.

As you can see, his big brother, Drew, was really
concerned! (You would've thought he was taking
in the Nitrous Oxide- oh, wait- he was just
comatose watching the TV!)

Then the dentist came in and started to put the needle
in his gums to numb him and he was about 1/6 of the
way finished and Luke started trying to roll out of
the chair. I was holding his arms and he didn't like
that either. At this point, the dentist said, I don't
think it's going to work out after all. We are going
to have to put him under. So, we go back in 3 weeks,
and Luke still has his two front teeth a little longer.

I tried to get him to smile- but he didn't like being
at the dentist as much at that moment.

Later in the day when he was free and clear I was
able to get a smile out of him. He won this battle
for the moment!
