So we had a busy Labor Day weekend. Saturday
we spent the day with family and Jake had his
Talent Show at church. On Sunday, we went to
church and then to a friend's house from church
for a bar-b-que and swimming. On Monday, we went
to another friend's house from our Bible Study
and spent the day with 7 families from church.
We had a great time and the kids were so tired
by Monday night! I had to write about my
husband's favorite part of this Labor Day.
Tommy LOVES sports and food- they are his
two favorite things!!! Chick-fil-a (one
of his favorite & frequent lunch stops)was
having a promotion on Labor Day and Tommy wanted
to take full advantage. Anyone who came
to Chick-fil-a wearing your favorite
Sports Team's jersey received a FREE
chicken sandwhich. Yummy! My husband
has many, many jerseys in his closet (Red Sox
and Patriots Jerseys). He has so many that
he even loaned a couple for our friend's
two daughters to wear. So Tommy got a
carload of people (I stayed back with Luke)
and they headed out to get some FREE food!
I won't say anymore, but he did go to more
than one store!!! No shame!!!
