Praisers and Pray-ers!

I'm doing a study on the Book of Daniel and it
has been amazing to learn about what a godly
man Daniel was! I knew that Daniel was in
the lion's den and that God protected him
and that it was a book of prophecy but didn't
really know a lot more than that. One thing
I want to point out is that Daniel did two
things all the time: praised God and prayed
to God! Because he was faithful in these areas,
God did mighty works in Daniel's life (interpreting
dreams, foretelling events of kingdoms and also
letting us know what would come in end times).
Here is one of Daniel's prayers:

"Blessed be the name of God forever and ever,
For wisdom and power are His.
And He changes the times and the seasons;
He removes kings and raises up kings;
He gives wisdom to the wise
And knowledge to the discerning.
He reveals deep and secret things;
He knows what lies in darkness,
And light dwells with Him." Dan 2:20-22

That is what God wants from us: to praise Him
and to pray to Him; to be Praisers and Pray-ers!!!
If we are faithful, He is faithful and will
do mighty works in our lives! Let's be
like Daniel!
